Show your reservation upon arrival and pay your balance in cash upon arrival to San Francisco beach club. If you pay your balance with credit card, 10% bank commission and taxes will apply. We don’t open Sunday.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. Please note we run our tours with shine or rain. When reserving your Cozumel beach activity please keep in mind that due to the nature of our activities they can be canceled at any moment without prior warning due to but not limited to Bad Weather conditions, Ship does not come into port, etc. Any cancel request must be 24 hrs before your scheduled activity with the exception of your ship changing course. Any cancellation made after the 24 hrs prior to your scheduled activity will forfeit your deposit. No-shows will be charged the full price.
